2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Headsets and ear-worn items once opened or used
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Epaatt will cover the return shipping cost
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping (where applicable)
 
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds may be issued via:
Original payment method
Store credit (where applicable)
Please note:
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the error was ours
Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider
 
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid
If it costs less, the balance may be refunded or credited
 
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return request instead

All Epaatt products go through quality checks before dispatch.

9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
There is evidence of misuse or abuse of the policy
Items are returned in a used, altered, or damaged condition not caused by us
